i don’t think i could love you
even if one time i thought i did
we’re not right for each other
and i’ve known it all along

usually i just think that i could never love anyone but her

and i’m right when i say it
so i don’t know why i try to force
myself to love other people
and i don’t love anyone
but her

and she fades away so easily that i’m afraid to reach out for her
